They say to eat well you need to know your triggers.  A trigger is a food or situation that causes you to make bad choices, overeat, etc.  I don’t know all of my triggers but I know that having a bag of snack-size Kit Kat bars under my desk at work when I’m stressed is a trigger.  I learned that lesson well.
