Ribs in Memphis



Memphis barbecue is exactly how I like it: sweet and wet.  The sauce is sugary but still has a tang.  I couldn’t finish my half rack at the airport.  Not wanting  to waste food, I considered taking my last piece home to my husband.  I decided against it based upon the mess it would likely cause, and my husband’s likely reaction:

“All that little thing will do is make me mad.”
