At night before I go to sleep, I curl up with my phone and tell myself “just one more look at Facebook or Pinterest before I go to sleep.” Electronics suck you in and you find yourself more fired up and pulled in than you anticipate. I go to sleep later and I am overstimulated.
New rule: leave all electronics downstairs. Plug them in down there to recharge. Go upstairs so I can recharge. Added benefit? No LED lights in the bedroom.
