Having once been an Easter and Christmas Catholic, I made a choice about which was my favorite. I always chose Christmas. I gravitated to birth, the baby Jesus, the gifts. But now that I’m a weekly Mass Catholic, older, and a true believer, I see that Easter is the most important. He died for us and is risen. Christmas is important of course, he was born and spent time with us on earth. But Easter is the more significant day.
I said all that because I wanted to talk about Easter cards. Not many people send them. I received one this year and decided that I want to start sending them too, not to everyone on my Christmas list but to the Christians and especially the devoted Christians.
Wonderful Idea! I never thought about it that way before.
Do you send Easter cards? Not many people do but I want to be one of them
Yeah, sometimes I did and some Easters I missed. I think it’s pretty nice though. I don’t recall ever getting an easter card from anyone other than from my mother many years back.
I have not received many at all. I have sent to my son and nieces and nephews.
Same here…..whenever I do it’s only to a few people, like my sisters or a good Christian friend here and there.
