Since I have been on Weight Watchers, I am eating better. When I say better I don’t necessarily mean healthier, although that is happening too. I mean better tasting/better quality. When you count points you often find yourself saying “I’m not wasting points on that!” Because the amount I can eat is limited, I am getting choosier. If I am going to have a brownie and a small one at that, it’s going to be a very high quality tasty brownie.
